Project overview.
This initiative pairs established FTC/FRC teams with newer FLL and FTC teams to provide season-long technical and strategic support. Teams collaborate on design reviews, programming help, competition strategy, and troubleshooting.

Challenge.
New robotics teams often struggle with steep learning curves, limited mentorship, and lack of institutional knowledge, leading to burnout or early team dissolution.

Result.
Partnered teams become more confident, better prepared for competitions, and more likely to continue year after year. Experienced teams strengthen their outreach impact while building leadership and mentorship capacity.
